This notice describes the website and its online quote request form.
Online quote requests
When you select Send request, the website validates your details and uses Cloudflare Email Service to send them to the agency. Your own email application is not used. The website does not maintain a lead database. The email service and agency email provider process the request, and the agency retains received requests through its existing services. Basic request information may be processed for security and short term submission limits. Ricochet360 delivery is not connected.
Information in a quote request
The request includes contact information, location, selected coverage, optional insurance details, contact permission and the time of validation. It can also include the source page, referring site and campaign values from the page URL. This helps the agency understand your needs and where your request started. Worksheet calculations stay in your browser and are not saved or sent. The website emits basic interaction events, such as a call link click or successful request, for a future analytics connection. These events contain a page path and coverage category when relevant, never contact details, notes or worksheet amounts. No external analytics service is currently connected.
Submitting your request
The confirmation distinguishes a sent email from a request queued for delivery by the email service. If delivery cannot be confirmed, an error is shown and your details stay in the current form so you can retry or contact us directly. A quote request does not bind, cancel or change insurance.
Contact permission
The form asks for permission to respond about your request using your preferred method. It does not enroll you in automated marketing. You can contact the agency directly without completing the form.
Avoid sensitive information
Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment details or medical history. A licensed team member can explain any later information requirements and the appropriate way to provide documents.
